Patrick Stuckwish

I’m a Houston-based real estate professional helping business owners, investors, homeowners, buyers, sellers, and relocating clients navigate real estate throughout Greater Houston and beyond.

My practice spans commercial, investment, residential, new construction, relocation, and international real estate. On the commercial side, I work with entrepreneurs, business owners, investors, and companies looking to lease, purchase, sell, or reposition retail, office, multifamily, land, and investment properties. I also help investors evaluate opportunities with an emphasis on the deal itself—not simply completing a transaction.

For residential clients, I represent buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Houston area, including clients relocating to Houston, purchasing new construction, building investment portfolios, or preparing a property for sale.

I hold the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation along with ABR, SRS, PSA, RENE, and MRP credentials. My involvement with Houston’s real estate and business community includes the Houston Association of REALTORS® Global Committee, commercial real estate organizations, international business organizations, and professional networking groups.

Before entering real estate, I served in the United States Marine Corps and built and operated small businesses. Those experiences shaped the way I work today: communicate clearly, tell clients the truth, solve problems, protect their interests, and stay focused on getting the deal across the finish line.

My goal is not simply to complete one transaction. I want to become the real estate resource my clients, referral partners, and business relationships can confidently call when an opportunity arises.
